LIVE Studio Camera

The Studio Cam image is uploaded from Art's studio continuously during the LIVE radio show. When he is off the air, the last image is displayed. AOL users may experience delayed updating due to AOL's proxy servers. There is no WebCam in the Oregon studio.

Art recently installed the NiteCam and began showing video from the sky at the studio in Pahrump. If you only see a dark background with white dots on it, thats the nighttime sky using a 'night-vision scope' attached to a video camera.

Sometimes Art will shut the camera updating off, and leave the last still picture up for visitors to see. If you get an image and it's not updating, consider that maybe Art has decided to disable the updating at his end. This is out of my control and is Art's decision.

If you click on this page and the pop-up video image disappears, don't fret! The pop-up image is in a different window. Simply use ALT-TAB to switch windows or click on the task bar to get the pop-up window back in front. The Studio Cam is simply BEHIND your browser window.

More information on how the Studio Cam works is on the "Web Server Info" page.

If you get a popup window, you may continue to browse the website in this main window while the other pop-up window updates. Since the pop-up studio cam is another window, when you use the main browser window, the studio cam window may disappear BEHIND your browser window. Switch windows to get the studio cam window back in the foreground.

Don't forget to close the pop-up window when finished viewing the studio cam, to stop the continuous updating, so we can save our internet and server resources!

Browser Notes:

Netscape 3/4 & Microsoft 3/4 - Studio Cam should appear in pop-up window and refresh every 60 secs.

NOTE: If you do not see an image or have script errors with Microsoft Internet Explorer, reloading or updating the software may fix the problem. I currently run both Microsoft 3.02 and 4.0 and they both work. So if you have this problem, consider reloading the browser or read this Knowledge Base Technical Bulletin on MSIE Open Window Script Problem.

Netscape 2 - Studio Cam image should appear on this page and the image and the entire page should refresh every 60 secs along with new ads.

AOL - Studio Cam image should appear on this page and the image and the entire page should refresh every 60 secs along with new ads.

Web TV - Studio Cam image appears on this page and only the image refreshes, no new ads displayed.

Other Non-Java Browsers - Studio Cam image should appear on this page and page should refresh every 60 secs along with new ads.
